Physical Infrastructure Plan for Bungamati. 

September 6, 2021: Centre for Integrated Urban Development (CIUD) under Parya Sampada project has handed over the Detailed project Report (DPR) on slope protection work of Karyabinayak Temple. The set of DPR was handed over by Mr. Drona Prasad Koirala Executive Director of the CIUD to the ward chairperson Mr. Amir Shakya in presence of officials from the UN-Habitat and Partner organizations.

Once a dumping yard,  now converted into one of the most visited place by the people in the Bungamati. Under the Paryasampada project Centre for Integrated Urban Development (CIUD) have renovated an old unused building into the view point at the Sacho Tole of Bungamati.

ललितपुर | जापान सरकारका उपमन्त्री हिदेयुकी हानाकाले ललितपुरको ऐतिहासिक बस्ती बुङ्मती र पाटन दरबार क्षेत्रको आइतबार अवलोकन गरेका छन् । उनले बुङमती नजिकै रोपाई कार्यक्रमको समेत अवलोकन गरेका थिए । खेतमा कृषकले गरेको रोपाई अभिरुचिपूर्वक हेरेका थिए ।

Project Director of the NRA’s Central Level Project Implementation Unit (Buildings) Nabaraj Pyakurel informed that budget has been allocated for the reconstruction of monuments, rest houses, water fountains and other structures in traditional settlements of Khokana (Lalitpur), Bungmati (Lalitput) and Sankhu (Kathmandu) in the Kathmandu Valley.
